Jeffrey R. Stewart
[President & Chief Executive Officer]

Jeff Stewart is a member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and President & Chief Executive Officer of Europa Securities LLC. Mr. Stewart started his career with Neuberger Berman LLC in 1983 on the floor of the NYSE, and continued with Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1986 as a financial consultant. In 1991 Mr. Stewart founded Europa Securities to execute trades on the NYSE on behalf of Europe's major financial institutions. In 1990 Mr. Stewart also founded Europa Funds Limited and has been the Chairman of that company ever since. In 1996 Mr. Stewart's American Option Fund received 1st Place amongst Micropal's performance measured off-shore funds; and in 1997 Mr. Stewart was named as one of Nelson's World's "Top 20" Best Money Managers. Mr. Stewart sold the funds in 1999 to W.P. Stewart Funds Ltd of Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Stewart holds a BA from Lehigh University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Stewart holds Series 3, 4, 7, 14, 63, 9, 10, 24, and 27 securities licenses.

Franck Prissert

Franck J. Prissert is Vice President (Institutional Brokerage). After earning a Chemical Engineering degree in Paris, Franck graduated from Columbia Business School in New York in 1979. He briefly worked for American Cyanamid and then took his first job on Wall Street in 1980 as a trainee for Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He was appointed Manager of the Firm in 1988 and Managing Director of the group's Paris Office in 1991. In 1993 Franck left Brown Brothers and started managing money while continuing to give institutional brokerage advice under the auspices of a small French boutique. In 1996 Franck joined the International Institutional Sales department of Montgomery Securities, currently Banc of America Securities, focusing specifically on growth stocks. In 1998 Mr. Prissert joined Europa Securities LLC in the capacity of Vice President (Institutional Brokerage). Mr. Prissert holds Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 securities licenses.
