In September, 2009 under new ownership and new management, we changed direction to phase out execution based transactions and phase in investment banking services, merger & acquisition services and financing/funding consulting services to small and medium sized companies including private placements of securities.
Europa's clients over the years have been large institutional investors, investment managers, private investment funds, hedge funds and corporate issuers. Also, having dealt with European banks and brokers in the past, we would welcome an opportunity to expand internationally.
